OK, no, I haven’t won an Oscar. Yet. But I have won several awards for my work. This is important for two reasons. First, it gives my grandmother something to brag about. Second, when you hire me and your boss asks, “Does this guy know what he’s doing?,” you can truthfully answer, “Yes.”
